Most people write a morning routine once… and never think about what happens when life wrecks it.
Bradley's is different. In his own words about his daily system: "Most disappointed when disrupted, which is often. Provides me with lessons and tests my humility. Builds GRIT. InteGRITy."
He didn't build a schedule for a perfect day. He built one for an imperfect day — and made the disruption part of the system, not proof it failed. 💪
The sequence, not the willpower ⏰
Every morning: spiritual reading 📖 → 5 prayers + stretching 🙏 → 30–40 min workout 🏋️. Not negotiated. Not decided fresh each day. Just done.
Commute = audiobook or podcast time 🎧
First move at work, before anything else? One question to his key contacts:
"How can I help today?" 🤝
That question sets the tone — not the other way around.
Home time is protected 🏡
First 30 minutes home = family. Same question again: "How was your day, how can I help?" Then chores, study, fellowship.
Before bed (9PM) 🌙 he journals:
✅ Challenges & unhealthy behaviours (honestly)
✅ Gains, wins, gratitude
✅ A snapshot of tomorrow
✅ A closing mantra — health, prosperity, happiness
Every block on his calendar exists because a decision was made once — not re-litigated every morning. And his Program of Action turns intentions into tracked commitments: Action → Task → Execution → ✅ Done.
Here's the truth though — the structure was never really about the schedule.
It's about protecting the capacity to show up and ask two people, twice a day: "How can I help?" 🙌
That's Automatic Success. That's inteGRITy.
